Processing is necessary for the conclusion or performance of a contract with our customers including to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Initiate, facilitate and operate contractual business relationships between CITC and either yourself directly or with the organisation that you represent.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Inform CITC about the services you or your organisation supplies or requires as a part of your contractual relationship with CITC&nbsp; and other clients and\/or suppliers to CITC.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Enable CITC to devise and&nbsp; arrange contracts between you or&nbsp; your organisation and CITC and\/or other CITC clients and suppliers.<\/li><li>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;Store financial information such as bank account details and credit and debit card information for receipt of payments and\/or billing&nbsp; if you contract with us as an individual.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data (e.g. details about your&nbsp; ethnicity, beliefs, sexual orientation, political opinions, union membership,&nbsp; health or genetic\/ biometric data).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Publicly available contact information that you have released or has been provided to other sources of contact information such as operators of web sites, business directories, trade organisations, exhibition and conference organisers and attendees of same.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The purpose and use of processing information received indirectly is the same as for information acquired directly from you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We may share this information with other members of our group of clients, suppliers and partners for the above stated reasons.&nbsp; Due to the international nature of our business these parties may be located outside of the EU. The retention period is set so that we can meet our contractual, accountancy and governance obligations.
